Remote Monitoring

Remote monitoring can be a great tool for giving business owners or IT managers peace of mind. What we call our bells only package provides the customer with the knowledge that their IT equipment is running smoothly with our engineers keeping an eye on it in the background.

If a fault was to arise one of our team would be on hand to contact our customer let make them aware of the issue and advise on the best router of repair. Using this service reduces the risk of system downtime with performance and hardware counters we will be alerted before most issues occur.

Ad-Hock

We understand that not all business’s will have the need for full time monitoring of their systems, some may have staff dedicated to IT or budgets may not allow. So our Ad-hock package has been tailored to fit these needs.

Our Technicians can complete an an initial site survey to ensure we have all of the information needed to support your business IT needs and then be here for you when you need us. With the Ad-hock packages we will wait for your call, if you have a problem our technicians are on hand at an agreed hourly rate to ensure you have steps in place should you need advice.
