This product allows the use of Microsoft Teams not only for your video calling but also for all incoming & outgoing phone calls. This means you can still have your standard auto attendant offering a press 1 for sales press 2 for accounts but it will call through to the chosen users via their PC or desk phone.

With Business voice, there is no need for costly hardware the system allows for an easily customizable user experience where users can either use a desk phone or simply a headset to communicate.

This really benefits the “work from home” situations where there is a lack of desk space or home networks causing issues with standard VOIP phones.
